Colours have a significant impact on how we look and feel and the way we’re perceived by others. Once we know what colours best suit us, we can use colour to enhance our image and ensure the way we appear matches our personality and the way we feel.

We all know vaguely which colours look good on us and which don’t but because we generally don’t know why, we tend to stick closely to one or two colours that we feel comfortable in, or we cling to the safety of a few very neutral colours. Sound familiar?
